Tour cancellation policy

Cancellation charges after the full payment and booked packages are as follows:

• Within 45 days – no charges
• Within 30 days – 10% of rate
• Within 21 days – 15 % of rate
• Within 14 days – 30 % of rate
• Less than 14 days – 50%
• After arrival in Bhutan – 100%

If you cancelled or shortened the trips due to unforeseen consequences after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made due to the company already made the full payment for all the logistics.

Once the tickets have been issued, for every date changes the additional fees of US $ 25 is levied. For every cancelled ticket US $ 30 is levied as an administration fees.
